Welcome to Simion VR (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our game, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Simion VR is provided for entertainment purposes. By using the game, you agree to:

Simion VR is distributed through the Meta Quest platform. Your use of the game may also be subject to Meta’s terms and policies.

We do not manage Meta accounts. Account-related issues must be handled through Meta.

3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

Simion VR may offer:

• Virtual currency

• Cosmetic items

• Bundles or other digital content

All purchases:

• Are processed through Meta

• Are subject to Meta’s refund policies

We do not store or process payment information.

Virtual currency:

• Has no real-world value

• Cannot be transferred or exchanged for money

All sales are final unless required by law.

We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual items at any time.

4. Ownership and Content

All content in Simion VR, including design, visuals, code, and features, is owned by us or used with permission.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute game content

• Use the game for commercial purposes without permission
